Absolutely NO CHILDREN are permitted in the studio. NO EXCEPTIONS. Anyone under the age of 18 wishing to schedule an appointment for lashes, waxing, or spray tan must be accompanied by a legal guardian on the day of appointment. NO ONE under the age of 18 will be allowed to book an appointment for any permanent makeup service, even if accompanied by an adult. If you arrive for your scheduled appointment with a child, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charge a fee of 50-100% of your overall service fee. A Valid Form of ID will be required for all new clients on the day of your service.
All new clients will be required to sign a medical release and waiver form on the day of your service. No smoking allowed. No food or drink permitted in the artist rooms.No pets permitted, with the exception of service animals. We do not accept walk-in appointments at this time.
For last minute accommodations, please contact us via phone or email.
Out of consideration for all our artists and clients, we ask that you please silence your phone while in the studio.
Please avoid accepting phone calls or using speakerphone until you have left the studio.
If you have existing permanent makeup done by another artist, you must submit your request for appointment via email and include photos of your existing tattoo(s).
Please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 48 hours prior to the start of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50-100% of the cost of service. *Reminder that all PMU service touch up appointments must be booked within 8 weeks of your first initial appointment or additional charges may occur. Last minute cancellation or no-call/no-show of your touch up appointment will occur a $75 fee.
